A software company that were set up in 2012 that operate in the energy sector and have grown to 35 employees.

They doubled their revenue last year so they’re looking to grow their team and invest in new technologies.

Customers of theirs include Shell, BP and Wood Group.

They have thousands of users which brings them in six figures a month in recurring revenue.

The department you’d be joining is 12 in size and includes graphic designs, UX professionals, testers, devs and data analysts.

You’ll report into the CTO and the Head of R&D

Tasks / responsibilities

Your overall responsibility is to plan, monitor and deliver software projects.

You’ll do this by:

  • Working with the Product and Technology Director and other stakeholders to agree project objectives, scope, critical success factors, deliverables, outcomes and benefits.
  • Ensuring delivery outcomes and quality goals are well understood and tracked.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring products are delivered on time
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring their needs are met through regular updates and feedback loops.
  • Identifying and removing impediments that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.


Required experience

  • Three years experience as a Project Manager or Agile Delivery Lead / Manager
  • Managing multiple projects
  • Delivering software projects in an Agile environment
  • Stakeholder engagement
