We’re on the lookout for an Agile Delivery Lead to join a software company who are modernising the way construction projects are ran.

This role is based in Middlesbrough, with flexible hours and remote working 2-3 days a week.

On top of a salary of up to £55,000, they provide you with up to 28 days annual leave (+8 bank holidays), private medical, 9% pension, annual salary reviews (+ more).

The Company

A Teesside-based software company that continue to create innovative products which are overcoming the challenges of Covid.

Their products have been used in the construction of Heathrow Airport (Terminal 5), The Burj Khalifa and The Shard to name a few.

They have around 300 employees, around 50 of which who are in their tech hub in Middlesbrough.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a multi-disciplined team of software engineers with the aim of delivery great quality software.
  • Ensuring their products are developed to the highest standards using agile practises.
  • Act as the agile champion for the team; managing the scrum process, scheduling and facilitating all scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives etc).
  • Set and deliver realistic deliverables within each sprint in accordance with the product roadmap
