We're recruiting a number of Business Analyst from junior to mid-level to work for a service design agency based in Leeds that work predominantly with public sector organisations like HMRC, Department for Education and NHS Digital.

Projects in the past have included speeding up the NHS patient application process so you should feel like you're contributing to worthwhile stuff.

What you'll be responsible for

  • You’ll be working as part of an agile multidisciplinary teams within a consultancy.
  • Can work across a number of various clients and projects.
  • Document and communicate business requirements and user needs.
  • Facilitate workshops with user communities and other key stakeholders to identify and refine requirements.
  • Work with the Product Owner to establish and maintain a prioritised backlog of what needs to be built.

 

What you’ll need to have

  • Previously worked to an Agile methodology
  • Understand user centred design principles and practices.
  • to have a good understanding of modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards and know when to use them.
  • Public sector or consultancy experience is a real bonus!
