This Development Director role will suit you if you have a background in .NET technologies, JavaScript, and agile/scrum frameworks.
They have over 300 employees; 120 of which are software engineers. Around 50 of these engineers are based in their Middlesbrough office and they're aiming to increase this to 70 by next year.
They're largely unaffected by COVID-19 as they have robust, long term contracts with reputable businesses across the world.
They don't believe in micro management but would expect you to be organised, delivery focused and able to manage your own time.
You'll be working from home mostly with the occasional visit to the office for important meetings.
