Lead Agile Project Manager - Leeds

Project Manager

Ref: 423Monday 4 April 2022

£50k-£70k + 10% bonus

Would you like to work for an employee owned consultancy that works on ground-breaking AI programmes for the NHS?

They’re based in Central Leeds but they'd only require you to work from their offices as little as twice a month (although you can be in more often if you like).

As a Project Manager you'll work as part of their delivery team to enabling successful outcomes for their clients.

The company

A highly successful, Leeds based, digital transformation consultancy that was founded in 1999.

They have over two decades of delivering successful outcomes for their customers.

They’re proudly independent and are made up of a diverse, highly-skilled and passionate group.

They tackle some of the industry’s, society’s and the economy’s most complex challenges in collaboration with their clients.

This growth happened due to the success of working with their clients and continuing to win big projects such as Healthcare AI.

They have just over 120 employees – and have plans to grow by another 50 in the next 12 months

They’re employee owned with a strong values-led culture.

Their values

  • Be a catalyst for change
  • Do the right things in the right way
  • Never stand still
  • Put the love in the room
  • Nurturation; Nurturing through collaboration

Employee owned

The people that work here own 75% of the business.

The employee ownership aspect makes them different to most other digital businesses.

Being employee owned also defines their culture and values.

The team sets the direction of the business, decides on the type of work they do, how they work, agrees what growth looks like and how they innovate

Projects

They work on projects in the health, retail, wealth and finance sectors.

They’ve completed projects for the likes of the NHS, Morrisons and Center Parcs.

One recent project for the NHS was the creation of an AI/ML, blood clot database.

This database helped the NHS identify blood clots earlier.

How are they different / what are this company’s USP’s?

They have a collaborative culture, they never stand still, and it’s fast paced.

They have a big push on continuous learning and development.

They’re all about openness, empathy, trust, having a positive environment and a “no blame culture”

They don’t have managers. Instead, they have “leaders” and “mentors”.

They also allow you to take ownership of your own work.

Every employee receives a career mentor - they have a set meeting every quarter but you can speak to them more often.
