Lead Business Analyst vacancy with an employee owned Digital Transformation business that provide you with the option to work from home as much as you like.

The only time you'd be required to come into the office would be for business critical meetings.

You’ll work to deliver business analysis, requirements analysis and systems analysis for national-scale projects.

They have just over 100 employees – around 15 of which are Business Analysts.

Working hours / home working option

In short, you can work from home as often as you like providing you don’t have to be in the office.

Their offices are in Central Leeds with free parking on-site.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week and you have the flexibility to start anytime between 7:30 – 9:30.

Required experience

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience / skills:

  • Minimum five years experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis and Systems Analysis
  • Experience working in a highly technical environment with complex, national architectural components
  • Understand data flows / data management, data systems; ideally have worked within a dataflow programme
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • High level of communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Functional requirements gathering, able to extract requirements, user requirements, user stories / journeys
