Fancy working with for the largest Fintech company in the North East, who will also set aside 1 personal development day per fortnight for you?

This company owns the UK's leading savings management platform and provides managed service to new challenger banks and other providers.

You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst and be comfortable determining business requirements through a variety of elicitation techniques and be capable of translating business deliverables into technical and non-technical requirements.

The Company

Founded in 2004, their IT function has around 130 people. 

The scale of what they are doing is much larger than people would initially anticipate.

Many of their employees volunteer to help local charities, with fundraising activities celebrated in the business.

The Role

Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager, you’ll shape, lead and complete the business analysis activity required to evolve and support strategic portfolio delivery.

Working alongside key business, portfolio and project stakeholders, you will coordinate and complete business analysis activity to understand change objectives and deliver effective business outcomes.

You will take responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business process solutions through improvements in systems, information, working practices, procedures and organisational change. Forming part of the wider Business Analysis team, you will be responsible for the line management and work coordination of a team of Business Analysts.


Every other Friday they have an 'Innovate & Improve Day' which is a full day set aside for personal development.


Home & Office Working Policy

They have a hybrid approach to working and you’ll be required to work from their Newcastle Cobalt office just 2 days per week. 

They have a 35 hour work week Mon-Fri with core hours of 9:30am - 3:30pm - you can work the rest of your hours elsewhere throughout the week.
