You develop software. Who’s developing you?

Doing the same thing repeatedly isn’t just boring. Your skills decline. You embed bad habits. You stagnate…

Want to be better at what you do?

The catalyst is where you work.

But why would this employer be as committed to your development as you are?

As it benefits them as much as it benefits you.

So they’ll pay for Pluralsight and training. They’ll have you working on the latest tech and frameworks.

The better you are, the better they are.

A Darlington-based firm, that are the UK's largest supplier of parts and accessories to the Cycling industry are on the lookout for a Lead .NET Developer.

Due to Covid, their industry has had a real shot in the arm and as a result they're looking to grow their dev team.

They’ve delivered large-scale web, cloud and desktop-based projects.

You’ll develop software across the full stack using .NET technologies, so you’ll need some experience with C# and SQL.

You’ll also gain exposure to the latest JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), .NET Core, Azure DevOps, AWS, Microservices, that kind of thing.

Luckily, there’s a tonne of different projects so it’s not like you’ll be bored stuck working on one thing forever – you can get experience across a variety of areas.

Tech stack aside, it’s a great company to work for.

Great because they reward their staff.

They look after your money, with discounts on clothing, vehicle cover, car insurance and a decent pension (9%).

They look after your career, from training and progression, they’ll support your growth.

They look after your health, with a cycle to work scheme, medical and eye-care discounts.

And they're flexible - 37 hour work week with flexi-time and remote working when needed.

You'll also get up to 26 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

Yes it’s a great company. Yes it’s a great role.

But that’s our opinion. It doesn’t matter what we think.

See what you think.
