 We’re recruiting for a Lead .NET Developer to work for an employee owned Digital Transformation business.

Working here, you’ll build high quality software applications, from solution design right through to delivery, for a range of customers on a variety of platforms.

  • Creating development roadmaps to ensure applications align with the overall strategy
  • Defining technical solutions and defining requirements for development teams
  • Ensuring teams delivers proposed solutions, to quality, within the overall plan
  • Improving the software development process using the latest technologies
  • Regularly liaising with stakeholders, users and senior leaders
  • Mentoring and constantly improving development team members

Working hours / remote option

They operate a common-sense, hybrid approach.

In short, you can work from home as often as you like providing you don’t have to be in the office.

Their offices are in Central Leeds with free parking on-site.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week and you have the flexibility to start anytime between 7:30 – 9:30.

Required experience

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience / skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a non-technical language

• Experience working in a project management and delivery focused environment

• Hands-on experience in delivering large scale development projects

• Strong background in client-facing roles with excellent stakeholder management

• Agile software development experience with continuous deployment

• .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#

• SQL and NoSQL database experience

• JavaScript/Typescript frameworks
