We're recruiting for a company that recently created a bespoke platform for one of the largest police forces in the country.


Who are they?

They're an Agile Software Development Company based on the calls in Leeds.

They have around 40 members of staff. The majority of which are 'techies'.

Clients of theirs include O2, Story Homes and Techbuyer.

Your workload will be a mix of external and internal projects.

One recent internal projects provided their developers with the opportunity to work with Blazor and Azure Front Door.


You’ll develop software across the full stack - C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript and SQL.

You’ll also gain exposure to RESTful APIs, Azure, TypeScript, .NET Core and Angular.

Their iterative approach follows the Scrum Agile methodology.


Place of work

During the pandemic you'll be allowed to work from home as often as you want.

The office will remain open if you want to make use of it.

Post pandemic you'll be allowed to work from home a couple of days of week.


Your working hours are flexible

Monday-Thursday you can start work anytime between 8:30 - 9:30.

On Fridays you can start work anytime between 8:00 - 10:00.

You can also take an hour and a half for your lunch.


Other benefits of theirs include a 5:4 pension

This means they put in an additional 4% for every 5% you put in.

They'll also provide you with access to Pluralsight and a cycle to work scheme.

Interested in doing any Microsoft exams? They'll pay for them and supply learning material.

They run regular social events such as team cinema trips, escape rooms, lunches and pub trips.

They also listen to their staff – they increased their holiday allowance from 24 to 25 days earlier this year based on employee demand.
