We’re recruiting for a Product Manager on behalf of a business that has created a SaaS platform this is used by sales professionals across the world.

This role is currently 100% remote with the view of adopting a hybrid home/office work at the start of next year.

On top of a salary of up to £50k they provide you with a tailored career plan, share options and 25 days annual leave (+8 bank hols).


Who’s the company

A SaaS business that have created a sales platform.

Founded in 2015, their platform analyses sales calls in real time and provides insights to help sales professionals generate more revenue.

Their clients include Three, Johnson & Johnson and Zoopla

One of their clients thought they were so impressive that they bought the company last year.

The original founders are still running the company and they have extensive experience in this field (they ran another successful software company between 2007-2014).


Team size

They have 50 employees, 15 of which are techies.

Initially you will be the sole Product Manager in the UK but there are plans to grow the team further


Key responsibilities

  • Managing the key components of their product strategy and roadmap in your area
  • Meeting with customers and internal teams to identify business problems, analyse workflows, and evangelize new capabilities
  • Working with the technical & user experience teams to craft user stories and shepherd new features and solutions through development and release



The ideal candidate will have

  • 2 or more years of experience in product management
  • Solid foundation in cloud technologies and agile processes
  • Technical background or experience working closely with software teams (ideally from a SaaS background)
  • Ability to manage challenges using strong critical thinking skills
