A digital transformation company in Leeds is recruiting for a Project Manager to work on complex software projects.

They have around 50 members of staff. The majority of which are either devs, testers or PM’s.

They currently have 4 PM’s and are looking to grow this team due to a very successful 2021.

Projects

They work with clients across a range of sectors so your work will be varied and challenging.

The projects you’d work on normally last between 3-6 months.

An example of a recent project was the creation of a finance platform for the Clinical Research Network who work closely with the NHS so you’ll be working on projects you can be proud to work on.

Place of work


This company have an office in Leeds but they'll allow you to work from home up to 4 days a week.

Flexible working hours

Employees are able to start work anytime between 08:00 and 10:00.

Some examples of what shifts you could do:

  • Start at 10, take a one hour lunch break, finish at 6:30
  • Start at 8, take a one hour lunch break, finish at 4:30.
  • Start at 8, take a two hour lunch break, finish at 5:30
  • Start at 9, take an hour and a half lunch break, finish at 6


Main Duties & Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage the ongoing delivery of one or more projects on a day-to-day basis
  • You’ll be responsible for establishing an agile process and maintaining this through the project lifecycle
  • You will be responsible for ensuring agile principles are followed by educating and guiding clients and internal development teams
  • You will be responsible for planning projects and coordinating multiple concurrent projects

They offer a 5:4 pension which means they put in an additional 4% for every 5% you put in.

Required experience

  • 3 years Project Management experience
  • Ideally you'll have client facing experience too
