The company

This retail company was established over 60 years ago and are a leading retailer of fashion, footwear, and household products.

They are on an exciting transformation journey to bring their retail platform digitally and require an experienced PM to come on board.

They operate as a flat structure and are very proud of the culture they have built over the years.


The Role

Joining a team of 20 which is broken down to developers, testers and 3 BA’s this will be the first PM role for the company which is an exciting opportunity to shape this new position.

You’ll shape and deliver strategy and key projects to drive the business forward, within the UK and the wider company group

You will manage a portfolio of small to large changes and be the point of contact for their external stakeholders and the wider team


Working Hours

They have a 36.5 hour work week, with a hybrid option to work from home for 2 days per week and the option to finish at 2.30pm on Fridays



What you need to have

  • Experience in managing the full project life cycle, effectively managing dependencies, issues, and risks for multiple projects at the same time.
  • A broad perspective of a business, not just a single function
  • Experience as a BA would be high desirable but not essential



Salary & Benefits

This Project Manager role is paying between £50k-£55k.
