And with the proposed £250m digital city project on the horizon, we can now add technology to that list

Recognising the potential of Teesside is a global software house that has recently relocated to the area

They have chosen Hainton to exclusively partner with them to grow their tech hub here and are on the lookout for a Quality Automation Engineer

You'll be building automated tests which check the quality and consistency of their software solutions

Having hands-on experience with writing and executing test plans and a good understanding of the following would be great:

  • Automated testing tools for web and mobile applications (frameworks such as Selenium)
  • Java/C# and web development frameworks
  • Performance/load testing with tools such as jMeter, loader.io and SQL Server Profiler
  • Communicating frequently with Scrum Masters / Development Managers
  • Building automated test frameworks for multiple products

The projects you’ll be working on will be in-house Greenfield Projects. They adopt an Agile (scrum) methodology
