The role
You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team.
You'll work closely with stakeholders and clients to form a bridge to the delivery team, proactively bringing people together to collaborate.
You'll engage people and help them to solve problems and find meaningful outcomes.
The company are looking to expand by an additional 16-24 people in the next year
Location / Flexible working
They offer flexible working hours and a hybrid model.
You'll work 37.5 hours per week and their core hours are 10am-2pm.
Initially it'll be 3 days a week in the office to build that community and support their wider teams.

Required experience
To be considered for their Senior BA vacancy, you must have:
- 5+ years experience in technology
- 2+ years as a BA in an agile team
- No need for technical / developer background
- Evident facilitation skills / experience
To be considered for their Lead BA vacancy, you must have:
- 5+ years experience in technology
- 3+ years as a BA in an agile team
- Extensive stakeholder management
- Extensive facilitation skills
