They have 10 million customers in the Insurance and Financial sectors.
You'll be working in large domains with over 28 applications.
Working here, you'll develop the entry level programme whilst setting high standards for continued professional development
Although this role is hands off, you must come from a software background
Ideally, you'll have experience as a technical leader in modern software development practices
Other important skills include being an excellent communicator, influencer, active learner and being passionate about technology
You'll work with architecture and technical leadership to ensure technical roadmaps are defined and understood
You'll continually grow and developer enginerrs, ensuring they have coaching, mentoring and clear progression paths
