I'm recruiting a Senior .NET developer for a company which works at a global scale and will provide you with the opportunity to put ideas forward
The company
A Darlington-based firm that are the UK's largest supplier of parts and accessories to the Cycling industry
They have just over 100 employees - 5 of which are developers
Their projects
They deliver large-scale web, cloud and desktop-based projects
You'll work on CRM systems, B2B and B2C e-commerce websites, warehouse tools, integrations, API's, cloud systems and data management
This means there’s a tonne of different projects, so it’s not like you’ll be bored stuck working on one thing forever – you'll gain experience across a variety of areas
The tech stack
C#, SQL Server, .NET Core, Azure DevOps, AWS, Microservices
You'll also have the opportunity to pick up and learn JavaScript and SPA frameworks
You'll be given time in your working week to use Pluralsight and learn new skills
Working hours / Home working policy
37 hour work week with flexible hours
You'll only be required in the office 1 or 2 days per fortnight at most

Required experience
- 4+ years commercial experience
- Ideally full stack development experience but if not, full training will be provided
- Proficient in C# and SQL Server
- Experience in RESTful programming to create and consume APIs to power user interfaces
- Converting business requirements into technical design, delivering bespoke software solutions
- Experienced in the full development lifecycle, from specification to testing and deployment
