Would you like to work for a software development company that'll provide you with autonomy and ownership within projects?

They're a team of 55, more than half of which are developers.

You'll be working in an internal team made up of developers, testers and projects managers.

They work with clients across a range of sectors so your work will be interesting and varied - clients include Bellway, Persimmon, NHS and O2.

They have a good working relationship with Microsoft too - they have weekly calls with their cloud architects to identify better ways of working.

Working here, you’ll use the latest tools, technologies and platforms such as .NET Core and Azure Paas.

You'll develop software across the full stack - C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript and SQL.

You’ll also gain exposure to RESTful APIs, Azure, TypeScript, .NET Core, Vue and Angular.

Most of the projects will be ran on .NET 6.

Their iterative approach follows the Scrum Agile methodology.

Their culture is focused on
collaboration and transparency.

They also have a big focus on keeping their teams happy - they do this by providing interesting and challenging projects with ongoing opportunties to learn and develop.

Place of work

They have an office in Leeds City Centre but they'll allow you to work from home up to 4 days a week.

Your working hours are flexible

You can start work anytime between 8:30 - 10:00.

You can also take up to two hours for your lunch.

Other benefits of theirs include a 5:4 pension

This means they put in an additional 4% for every 5% you put in.

They'll also provide you with access to Pluralsight and a cycle to work scheme.

They have quarterly progression reviews to assess where you are in terms of your desired career path and personal progress.

Interested in doing any Microsoft exams? They'll pay for them and supply learning material.

They also run regular social events such as team cinema trips, escape rooms, lunches and pub trips.

Finally, they also listen to their staff – they increased their holiday allowance from 24 to 25 days earlier this year due to employee demand.

What you'll do here:

  • Develop and unit test software to a high quality.
  • Work to deadlines and provide progress updates throughout the development.
  • Work as part of a development team, liaising with Testers, Project Managers and other Developers to deliver the full solution.
