Last year, they were acquired by one of the largest businesses on the FTSE 100.

They currently have 500 employees.

The tech team

Their tech team is just over 200 in size but they've just set aside £2 million to grow this team to 250 in the next 12-18 months.

Tech is split into 5 teams.

  • Game Studio (90)
  • Platform (30)
  • Player experience (4)
  • InfoSec + IT (25)
  • Data team (8)

They plan to double the data team in the next 12-18 months.

Why work here?

They prioritise tech. It's not seen as a cost centre.

There's also a lot of freedom when it comes to what tech they use - it's all about using the right tools for the job.

There's a lot of intelligent people who work here so you'll be challenged (in a good way).

They believe in challenging the status quo.

Their employment engagement rate is really high and they make decisions based on employee feedback.

It's a very inclusive workplace; they've just employed a well-being, inclusion and diversity business partner.
