Data Engineer – £35k-£37.5k – Hybrid (office 1–2 days / WFH rest of the week)
Data can change lives—when it’s used well.
At this company, data doesn’t just help schools run more smoothly. It helps children unlock their potential, especially those who might otherwise slip through the cracks.
This isn’t about pushing dashboards that no one looks at. It’s about building data solutions that genuinely shape how teachers understand and support their students.
They're looking for a Data Engineer who can turn messy, complex data into clear insights. Someone who cares about quality, structure, and impact.

✅ No-blame culture – Join a team that values autonomy, transparency, and shared ownership.
✅ Flexible working – Core hours that fit around life, with hybrid working and options for compressed weeks.
✅ Team-driven development – A chance to influence how the team works, not just follow a top-down roadmap.
✅ Work with purpose – Everything you build contributes to helping children learn in a way that works for them.
