Fancy a role where you'll help to improve the quality of life for the elderly through AI, data-driven insights and early interventions?

You’ll ideally have 2+ years software experience and will be joining a company that puts a lot of effort into developing individuals and getting better as a team.

The Company

Established around 8 years ago, they currently have around 24 employees across the country.

Their Software as a Service platform is used by leading care providers to help operations become more digital, efficient and improve resident health and wellbeing..

They are a real innovator in this space and are one of the first care platforms to use AI to boost its service.

The data they collect, and the relationships they have with leading researchers allows them to be on the very frontline of dementia research in the UK

The Role

You'll work as part of an agile software team, using TDD and CI/CD (CircleCI, Octopus Deploy).

Their tech stack is currently .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, MongoDB and Azure.

Experience with Domain Driven Design or Microservice Architecture would be a bonus.

You'll also receive a variety of training here - from internal group learning (tech talks) and traditional training mixed with self-learning (subscriptions to Pluralsight and JetBrains)

Home & Office Working Policy

They are happy for you to work fully remote - although you can use their Hartlepool office whenever you'd like. 

They have a 35 hour work week with flexibility.

Salary & Benefits

The role is paying between £40k-£50k.

You'll receive 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Company performance bonus paid quarterly

Subscriptions to Pluralsight and JetBrains for training

Free Spotify licence

Regular performance reviews
