The company I'm hiring for builds bespoke CRM systems everyday, for high profile financial service companies, in a team of 6.
They're looking to invest into their new hire, wanting a Junior Developer to join the team as their workload is increasing with new clients.
What you'll be doing:
You'll have the opportunity to be part of bringing in new tech with the company, as they're going through a 'tech rebrand', making sure they're always working with the latest tech.
Day to day, expect to be building and maintaining CRM's for different clients.
You may also be adding new features to existing CRM systems, depending on the client brief.
Experience and Progression:
They wouldn't require a fixed level of commercial experience, as long as you have experience using C# .NET.
To start with, you'd be in the office all the time, for integration and training. They're investing their time to bring you into the team and conduct the relevant training for you to feel confident in your role.
After this, you'll be able to move into a hybrid model, like the rest of the team, which normally involves 2 days a week working from home.
Their current Lead started the company nearly a decade ago as a Junior, and is now a Lead Developer with stakes in the company and enhanced responsibility in other aspects of the company, including recruitment and new technologies.
