A not-for-profit, educational charity, that is one of a few UK qualification awarding bodies, is on the lookout for a .NET Developer that can work remotely.
They help to bridge the gap in skills between learners and employers by providing technical learning and exams.
The Company
Established over 100 years ago, they have offices in Newcastle and currently have nearly 1,000 employees in total.
They certificate hundreds of thousands of learners each year and registered 10,000 apprentices last year, so make a huge impact in setting learners up for success.
The Role
You'll work in 1 of 5 agile software delivery teams alongside other .net developers, software testers and a scrum master.
Each employee receives a customised development plan to help their career progress.
Your role will entail working on their internal systems with the product team, regulators and internal stakeholders.
Their tech stack is currently C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure Cloud and Typescript - so you'll work across the full stack.
You'll also get personal development time to upskill and complete courses - including Microsoft and Azure Cloud certifications.
Home & Office Working Policy
They're happy for the role to be fully remote, meeting up with the team once a month in Newcastle, but you also have the option to work from their office as often as you like.
It's a 37-hour work week with fully flexible hours.
Salary & Benefits
The role is paying between £38k-£48k
